WHAT INSURANCES DO YOU HAVE?

We have fully comprehensive van insurance which includes Hire and Reward cover
Goods in transit insurance up to £10,000
Public liability insurance up to £1,000,000
We are more than happy to show you our insurance certificates.

DO I NEED TO HAVE PACKED MY GOODS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE?

Yes, you will need to have packed your goods so they are able to be transported easily.  This includes whether for a house move, or delivery.

DO YOU PROVIDE PACKING MATERIALS (BOXES, BUBBLE WRAP ETC)?

We are able to provide this, and can quote on request.  Prices will vary depending on the size of your move.

WILL MY BELONGINGS BE SAFE IN THE VAN?

We are fully equipped with blankets and straps to keep your belongs covered and free from moving around on the journey.  We are fully insured to carry your goods up to £10,000. We do not store goods in our vans overnight.

DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

We ask for a 50% deposit on all work, payable via our website.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

If you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible.  If you need to cancel with less than 7 days of booking we will take 50% of the total cost, as a cancellation fee.

HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?

Booking is easy as we have various ways of doing this to suit you.  The best way is to check our availability on our book online page. You can book via this page.  Alternatively you can book a service by contacting our team who are on hand to help.

WHAT AREA DO YOU COVER?

We are Bristol based, and cover Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas (within a 20 mile radius, with mileage being charged per mile after this).  We can make collections and deliveries from anywhere in the UK. See our book online page for more details of our packages

CAN I BOOK YOU ON A WEEKEND?

Yes!  We are available on weekends and do not increase our charges for this convenience.  Go to our book online page to check out our availability.

CAN I TRAVEL IN THE VAN WITH MY GOODS?

Yes!  If it is a local move you can travel between addresses with the driver.  There are two seats in the van and so if it is a one man job then there will be two seats available.  If two team members are booked then one seat will be available.

HOW MUCH NOTICE SHOULD I GIVE TO MAKE A BOOKING?

We like you to book as far in advance as possible to ensure that you secure the time you need.  However we can accept bookings up to 24 hours in advance.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY BOOKING?

We understand that things change, especially with home moves.  Should you need to change your booking please email us as soon a possible to ensure that we secure you a new slot.

I'M NOT SURE WHICH SERVICE WILL SUIT ME BEST?

Get in touch and we will be happy to advise on which service you may need, always with a view to giving you the best possible value. We will never recommend more than you need.
