We are currently decluttering our flat and refreshing the furniture. One of things we needed to do was get rid of the mattress and old bed, as well as boxes and bags of things we didn’t need anymore. We got in touch with the team at Mason Moves Bristol after a friend recommended them. They were friendly, knowledgeable and really happy to help. I loved the fact that we could book easily online and that they got back to us quickly using the Facebook messenger business facility. The team that arrived were fab and helped us get everything we needed removed, quickly and efficiently. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mason Moves Bristol to anyone needing moving / decluttering services. Excellent value for money and a lovely friendly team!!

Short notice booking which included 3 collection locations before delivering to a fourth and the guys were absolutely amazing, no complication was an issue for them and they were so helpful, friendly and professional! Came to cwmbran from Bristol and were the best value for money compared to anyone else we’ve used previously or had quotes from! Would 100% recommend & book a move with them again if needed!

Wayne and his lad delivered some furniture I bought from British Heart Foundation yesterday to my flat in Bath. The sofa bed was huge and it was a bit hairy whether it was going to get in or not. This company is absolutely amazing! Wayne and Jack help me last Saturday with my moving and I wouldn’t have survived that day without them.
It was a long day, moving between 3 cities and they’ve made it look easy! They were always happy to help, really friendly and they can solve any problem (also help me to dismantle and assembled again my furniture!)

Wayne & Jack helped us move into our first home today and were absolutely brilliant. (and I'm not one to usually leave reviews) I recently had to empty the contents of my large 4 bedroom house in Bristol and move it into a storage unit until my next house is ready. Not a small job. Wayne provided me with a very competitive quote and I felt confident he was the man for the job. Wayne arrived early, got straight to work and worked like an absolute Trojan for the entire afternoon until the job was done. I am incredibly happy with the service provided and as a bonus Wayne is a genuinely nice bloke so it was a pleasure working with him for the day. We moved house in early March 2021 and MasonMoves was a great choice to help us with that move. Wayne responded quickly to our enquiry and gave us a quote which we felt was very reasonable. We received a text confirmation the day before the move that Wayne and his team would be coming at the agreed time of 9:30am. They came with a large van and 3 men - including Wayne and they worked swiftly, cleanly and carefully -avoiding damage to either decor or furniture. They were always pleasant throughout the day and we were finished and installed in our new home by 4pm. I would definitely recommend MASONMOVES for a straightforward, reasonable and efficient move.

Ahead of the job Wayne was very prompt to quote, frank about the costs and where savings could be made and flexible about arrangements. The quote was very competitive. On the day the team was prompt, friendly, efficient and very careful (dismantling items rather than risk the fresh paintwork on the stairs). I will definitely use them again.

It was fantastic moving my things with Masonmove. As soon as I posted the job, I immediately received an email from the company and the phone call. I got from the very beginning of the phone call the best offer and availability compared to the others followed later on,a sense of professionalism and kindness as well as reassurance about the high value of good in transit insurance coverage, let alone the public liability coverage since I kindly requested to be a passenger on the van as well. The van is also of considerable size, allowing for the move of at least an average whole property’s furniture and not just one room like mine. Loading and unloading was included in the offer so was included the help with loading and unloading of the goods. During the two hour drive there was also a friendly chat that gave the feeling that time ran too quickly upon arrival from Bristol to Plymouth.
